After Dong Nguyen decided pulling out and bird-murdering Flappy Bird from the App Store, Nguyen is launching another follow-up game called “Swing Copters,” and is expected to release on Thursday this week.

Dong Nguyen, earlier this year has announced the return of his success creation Flappy Bird, to Google Play Store quipped with Multi-player feature this August. Nguyen also teases that he is building a new game along with an image attached on Twitter, so people can forget Flappy Bird for a while.

But for now, maybe Nguyen hopes Swing Copters will help fill the void.

Based on the trailer video provided by TouchArcade, which is embedded below, the game shows an extreme similarity to Flappy Bird, except for the little guy with a helicopter attached to his helmet, and the game moves vertically while Flappy Bird moves horizontally. The goal is to move the character in between the obstacles and swinging hammers without getting hit.

The game is expected to be free to download and an optional one-time charge of $0.99 to remove the ads within the game.
