“I, the actual owner of the Alaska Cannabis Club — will be dedicating all of my energy for fighting for freedom and fairness, which begins with legalizing marijuana here in Alaska. And as for this job, well, not that I have a choice but… F*&%$ it, I quit.”

WATCH THE ACTUAL SCENE ON AIR:

Greene has quite done in numbers of stories for KTVA about the medical benifits of marijuana and fights to make it legal to grow. She even used the club as a source in some stories.

The Alaska Cannabis Club, is the state’s “Only Medical Marijuana Resource,” and claims that it does not sell pots, but “Does connect medical Marijuana cardholders in need to medical marijuana cardholders with green.”

As this report goes on the medical marijuana in Alaska is legal, but is illegal to possess for commercial reasons, not until in November, where the Alaskans  will have a chance to vote on whether to end marijuana prohibition in the state. The state would join Colorado and Washington in embracing the legal use of recreational marijuana.
