In the video presentation, Mercado enumerated all the properties inside the estate with 2 Mansions, Maze garden which is similar to Kew Gardens of London, Air-conditioned Piggery, Imported Orchid Farm, Resort Pool, Cock breeding farm, Horse ranch and even a man-made lagoon. Mercado said that the size of the property has an exact equivalent of six Luneta Parks, 10 Araneta Centers, or even a half of San Juan City.

Allegedly, Mercado also added that the Binays also owns a 5,000 square-meter property with three mansions in Laurel Batangas near Tagaytay.

Yet, Binay denied the acquisitions over the ownership of the said estate, and said that the property was called “Sunchamp Agri-Tourism Park” and is named under the businessman Antonio Tiu.
