How To Apply For TESDA Assessment and Certification For New Applicants

TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) in an effort to uphold free education in the Philippines offers Free Online Courses / Education to all the aspiring Filipino learners.
Kindly read the instructions carefully so that you can follow the procedure and requirements on how to apply for TESDA Assessment Certification.

If you're already finished to a certain online course you took from TESDA’s Online College Learning Program, you can now get a certification by going to any TESDA Accredited Assessment Centers/TESDA District or Provincial Office near your location to get started.

But be sure to bring these requirements:
  • A completed Application Form.
  • A completed Self-Assessment Guide of your chosen qualification.
  • 3 colored passport-sized pictures with white background, collar and name printed at the back.
Next is go to the Assessment Center’s cashier and pay the Assessment Fee and be sure to get the Official Receipt and Admission Slip.
Note: You will need to bring the Admission Slip on the appointed date and venue of your assessment.

Claim the Competency Assessment Result Summary (CARS) while at the Assessment Center.

Assessment passers can then obtain their National Certificate (NC)/Certificate of Competency (COC) within 7 working days after application.

You should bring your Assessment Results (CARS), Official Receipt and a valid ID on claiming the Certificate of Competency COC / National Certificate (NC).
